Are you frustrated with someone?  And did you lash out when you were angry or disappointed in that person? And now I bet you wish you hadn’t said some of those things. Well, take it as a lesson learned.  Next time, count to ten, back off and re-group before you talk to the person you’re frustrated with.  Here’s some perspective from French author Michel de Montaigne that dates back almost 500 years:

“Faults seen through anger are like objects seen through a mist:  They appear larger than they really are.”

Next time, remove the fog of anger before you speak.  You’ll be happy you did.
